So we are all moved in...as in all of our stuff is here... it's been a little nuts what with it being the last couple weeks before the wedding! But here is our life thus far...
A lot of this! This bench actually goes outside on the porch but I just can't bring myself to move it because they love climbing up and looking out the window so much!
A lot of backyard playing! We really do have a great yard for being in town so the boys have a lot of fun out there!
He had been asleep with his face planted right in Pooh's tummy but by the time I went to go get my phone for a picture he had moved... He still loves his Tigger and Pooh!
A lot of going to Lowes...well not a lot... just once but a lot of fun was had by all! Kit is seriously so strong! That boy has some abs!
A lot of block playing! These wood floors are great for blocks!
A lot of naked hineys!! Kit's life goal is to be as naked as possible and he is a little ninja at getting his diaper off no matter how much clothing he has on! He's actually diaperless in the block picture above!
A lot of minor repairs and little helpers!
They're not in the way at all!
A LOT of watermelon eating!! Seriously, Kit is like addicted to the stuff! If we facetime Gunnar, Kit asks for watermelon, the second Gunnar walks in the door, Kit's asking for watermelon!
See how well the unpacking is going... *sigh*
A lot of project tackling! This bed frame was Gunnar's great grandmother's. I painted it white but then had to get creative to be able to use it for Monte. We already have a twin mattress and who wants to buy a new mattress when you already have a perfectly good one?! So we got some plywood and made a "shelf" of sorts.
Had to wait for him to wake up from his nap to try it out!
He was a fan!!
The plan is to either cover the "shelf" with fabric or paint it, then add a bed skirt!
A lot shopping for last minute wedding needs! Here's one of the cutest ring bearers there will ever be!
