A Visitor

A couple weeks ago our friend John stopped by our house on his way back to San Antonio from Canada!  He does this a few times a year!  Crazy that our friend we see the most often from A&M is the one that lives in CANADA!  haha Well "lived," he recently moved to Texas and we are excited that we get to see him more often!

He was riding his motorcycle down from Canada so he'll have it here in Texas and we're mostly on the way so he stopped by to spend the night.

Gunnar hadn't had a chance to work on his motorcycle yet so they worked on it together. 

Old friends are seriously some of my favorite people ever!  The kind of friends that you can not see each other in months and just instantly pick back up right where you left off like no time has passed!

They spent several hours working on it, both pre and post bedtime! I'm not sure who enjoyed themselves more, Monte or the guys!

I'm also not sure who thought they were "working" harder, Monte or the guys! Kit was out there too but by the time I got out there with the camera he was done and insisted that I hold him!

John is only slightly in love with Trooper!

After supper and the boys bedtime, they went back out and spent a couple more hours working on the motorcycle to no avail.  Couldn't get it started.  After giving up and coming in, watching a few youtube videos and getting teased just a little by yours truly, Gunnar headed back out to try one more thing!  John of course had to go with him and what do you know, they got it started!!

Monte and Kit were fans of "Mr John" and were sad to see him leave!

Kit LOVED John's bike as you can tell!
